We are looking for a recruiter with an emphasis on the recruitment of technologists and quantitative Traders. This person should be an enthusiastic self-starter who is eager to get involved in all aspects of the team. The ideal candidate will be able to think big-picture while also understanding the importance of details, to be persistent and always follow through on managing projects from start to finish. This person will help facilitate resume screening and recruitment process for candidates at both the university and experienced levels across technology and trading groups. This person will also aide in researching new sourcing tools to find top talent.
